Refund & Returns Policy — MAHOMiE & Co. (Zoomies)

Quick summary

1) Return Window

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused, with all original packaging and tags (if applicable). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Supplement safety note (Zoomies):
For health and safety, **consumable products (dietary supplements, powders, capsules, gummies, etc.) must be factory sealed and unopened to be eligible. Opened or partially used consumables are not returnable.

Apparel & gear (if offered):
Must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Bundles/kits:
All components must be returned together in original packaging.


3) Start a Return

Email us at support@zoomiespreworkout.com with your order number, items you’d like to return, and the reason. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), a return shipping label (when applicable), and instructions.

Items sent back without an approved RMA may be rejected.


4) Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Our error / damaged / defective / incorrect item: We cover return shipping or send a replacement at our cost.

  • Change of mind / ordered wrong item: You’re responsible for return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5) Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right. Photos of the packaging and product help us speed things up.


6) Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used consumables (supplements)

  • Perishables, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale/clearance items (as marked)

  • Donations or charitable contributions at checkout

7) Exchanges

Fastest approach: return the item once approved, and purchase the new item in a separate order. If you need a size/flavor exchange on unopened items and stock is available, we can often process it as an exchange—just ask.


8) European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off (EU Customers)

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and supplements must be unopened/sealed. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. (This right does not apply to opened consumables or goods that cannot be returned for health protection once unsealed.)


9) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, contact us at support@zoomiespreworkout.com.

Refund adjustments (when applicable):

  • Less any non-recoverable shipping costs (unless our error)

  • Less any provided return-label cost (if applicable)


10) Subscriptions

Cancel any time to stop future renewals. Charges for the current subscription term are generally non-refundable once processed, unless required by law or stated otherwise in the product listing.


11) Refused / Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable may incur return shipping and/or a handling fee deducted from the refund, unless due to our error.
