1) Where We Ship

United States: All 50 states & DC.

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: Shipped via USPS when possible. Some items may be restricted.

International: Select countries may be available at checkout. Availability, carriers, and delivery windows vary by destination.
We reserve the right to restrict destinations for certain products due to carrier or import rules.
2) Processing Times
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the next business day.

Pre-orders / backorders: We’ll email an ETA and ship when in stock.

Multiple items: Your order may ship in separate boxes from our Florida location or fulfillment partners.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, customs, and remote locations can extend timelines.

5) Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after label creation.
6) Address Accuracy & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout (including apartment/suite numbers).

If you need a change, email support@zoomiespreworkout.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.

If the parcel has already been handed to the carrier, we may be unable to reroute it. Reshipments due to address errors may require additional shipping fees.
7) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package:

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan);

Check with neighbors/building office;

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Email us at support@zoomiespreworkout.com and we’ll help investigate. Replacements or refunds for theft or misplacement after delivery scans are handled case-by-case and may require a police report or carrier claim.
Signature on delivery may be available for an added fee—ask us if you need it.
8) Damaged in Transit / Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@zoomiespreworkout.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll make it right per our Refund & Returns Policy.
9) International Duties, Taxes & Customs (if applicable)
International shipments may be sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, VAT, brokerage, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Refused international shipments may incur return freight and fees that are deducted from refunds.
10) Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or other restricted items. Some products cannot ship to certain locations or via specific methods (e.g., air). If an item in your cart is restricted, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for that item if we can’t offer an alternative.
11) Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is tendered to the carrier (i.e., when it’s scanned in). This aligns with our Terms of Service.
